PRINCETON, N.J. — The Millennium Tower, a luxurious condo-and-retailer tower in Boston, will incorporate Schöck Isokorb® structural thermal breaks in the terraces at the penthouse levels to ensure thermal comfort in the city’s tallest and most expensive residential building. The building is expected to be completed by summer of 2016.
The $680 million tower currently has 442 units for sale with prices starting at $850,000. The slender structure will contain 1.1 million square feet, with over 200,000 square feet of retail space at the base of the tower.
