New Generation Wireless HVAC Units Offer Anytime/Anywhere Control through Smartphone Mobile Apps
SUMMIT, N.J. — Energy Technology Savings L.L.C. (ETS), a provider of energy efficiency and smart building technology solutions, announced a first-of-its-kind wireless packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) pilot program with Lowe’s and Electrolux to test the new HVAC units in multifamily, high-rise buildings.
The wireless PTAC units, which will be deployed in five different metropolitan New York/New Jersey locations, were designed to enable building operations management and residents to better manage and reduce energy costs with anytime, anywhere smartphone mobile apps to control and schedule heating and cooling.
