NEW YORK — Appliance Doctor, a New York City appliance service company, announced that it now offers HVAC services, including maintenance and repair on existing heating and cooling units and installation of new HVAC units, for homeowners, rental tenants, landlords, and property management companies in the Bronx and Westchester County.

“We’ve offered maintenance and repair services on appliances for 34 years, and recently a lot of our customers have asked us to add HVAC repair and installation services, so we decided it was a logical next step for the company,” said Anthony Attanasio, owner of Appliance Doctor. “New York summers are very hot, and our winters are very cold, so residents want to be comfortable in both extremes. Replacing an old heating and air conditioning unit is a big decision, and property owners and tenants want to be able to trust the person they hire for the installation.
