Mechanical Contractor Names Operations Managers and Estimating Manager
SANTEE, Calif. — Countywide Mechanical Systems has announced the addition of three new members to its leadership team. Tom O’Sullivan and Josh Silverstein have been promoted to operations managers, and Henry Codiamat has been brought on board as estimating manager.
O'Sullivan relocated to San Diego after working all over the country for MW Builders, a general construction company owned by Countywide’s parent company MMC Corp. He specializes in working with the military on projects such as barracks, training facilities, and office buildings. In addition, he has helped deliver Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-certified projects that meet the military’s sustainability goals. In his new role, he will oversee project managers, superintendents, and foremen, helping them to build better relationships with Countywide’s clients as well as create more streamlined operating procedures.
