NORWALK, Conn. — EMCOR Group Inc., a leader in mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure, and facilities services, announced that its subsidiary EMCOR Government Services has been awarded a contract to operate and maintain the new Coast Guard headquarters and support facilities at the Government Service Administration’s (GSA’s) St. Elizabeth’s Campus in Washington, D.C.

EMCOR Government Services is responsible for the 24/7 complete operation and maintenance of 23 facilities, including the central plant, at the new Coast Guard headquarters, involving a total square footage that exceeds 2.6 million square feet. Scope of work includes preventive maintenance as well as reactive service orders.
