June 26, 2013: Endowment Establishes Veterans HVAC Employment Program
Funding Will Promote Access to HVAC Jobs for College of Southern Nevada Graduates
LAS VEGAS — Kenneth D. Goodrich, managing partner of Nevada investment group Phoenix Peach LLC, announced that he has established a $100,000 scholarship endowment at the College of Southern Nevada (CSN). Called the Kenneth and Wendy Goodrich CSN Post-9/11 Veteran HVAC Employment Program, the endowment was developed to aid military veterans enrolled in the school’s Air Conditioning Technology program.
CSN plans to use the funds to help military veterans who are graduates of the program purchase the necessary tools so they can immediately go to work in the HVAC industry in southern Nevada.
