MOUNT PROSPECT, Ill. — The ESCO Institute unveiled its Residential Heat Load Analyst training and certification program. The program, developed in cooperation with the Green Mechanical Council, will help simplify the task of teaching residential heat load calculations.
The course covers four main points: introduction to building heat transfer; building envelope analysis; windows and doors; and heat gain and loss calculations. Instruction is provided through a 500-slide PowerPoint presentation, complete with speaker’s notes and more.
