Yearout Mechanical Uses Textura to Standardize and Streamline Billing
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Yearout Mechanical Inc., a mechanical contractor with projects throughout New Mexico, announced that it has adopted Textura—Construction Payment Management (CPM) to manage its projects, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
Denise Lerma, Yearout billing specialist, said, “Yearout was introduced to Textura as a prime subcontractor working with New Mexico general contractor Jaynes Corporation. We quickly realized the benefits of CPM as a subcontractor submitting invoices to a general contractor and wanted the same benefits and process with our own subcontractors even when the general contractor is not on Textura. We manage the collection and review of all sub-tier invoices, lien waivers and compliance requirements and we make electronic payments to our partners via Textura—CPM regardless of the general contractor on the project. Our project teams also create our customer billing with Textura.”
