GRAPEVINE, Texas - The Joseph Groh Foundation has added two members to its board of directors: David Heimer and Eric Groh.

David Heimer is the chief operating officer of the Service Roundtable, an information technology and services organization for HVAC contractors throughout the United States. The organization was founded by a collaboration of leading contractors to share information and help other contractors improve their sales, marketing, operations, and profitability.

Eric Groh is a recent marketing graduate of the University of North Texas. Groh is employed by ADW Corp. of Dallas, a manufacturer’s representative for leading lines of commercial and industrial HVAC and architectural products. Products represented include Titus, Ruskin, and Acme fans among others.

“We are delighted to have these two talented individuals joining our board of directors,” said Vicki Laplant, president of the foundation. “Their expertise will allow us to develop some core initiatives that we have been unable to address with our current staffing levels.”

Joseph Groh spent 35 years in the HVAC industry before a bicycling accident rendered him a quadriplegic in 2008. He launched the foundation the following year as a way to provide informational and financial assistance to those with a connection to the construction industry who have incurred life altering injuries or illnesses.
