ATLANTA - FM Solutions LLC has announced the expansion of its WorkOasisâ„¢ facility management contractor network. Commercial real estate owners and managers will now be able to access a national network of certified suppliers that covers 1,100 cities in North America for 68 facility services categories.

WorkOasis is a Web-based contractor management service that provides electronic work order management. According to the company, the centrally hosted program automates the service contracting process including the certification of suppliers, contractor selection, maintenance planning, work order management, work approval, performance measurement, invoicing, and payment. It is paperless and includes a detailed, Sarbanes Oxley compliant, electronic audit trail.
