ARLINGTON, Va. - The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) has added new dates to the training schedule for its "Fundamentals of Residential Load Calculation and System Design" course.
The three-day course teaches the concepts behind load calculation, equipment selection, duct design, and room air distribution. The design theory is then used as a foundation for hands-on training on computer-assisted system design software. An overview of the impact of the upcoming 13 SEER requirement on systems design has also been added to the course.
