ATLANTA — BACnet Interest Group – North America (BIG-NA) has established a scholarship of $1,000 per year for two-year and four-year students who are pursuing studies related to building automation and intelligent buildings. Five scholarships will be awarded each year. Applications are currently being accepted with a deadline for application and supporting materials of March 1, 2003.
According to BIG-NA, students matriculated in two-year associate degree and four-year degree programs in engineering, engineering technology, or building sciences with an interest in pursuing a career or further study in building automation and intelligent buildings are eligible to apply.
