ARLINGTON, Va. - Edward W. Dooley has retired as vice president of Communications and Education at the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) following 12 years with the trade association.
In his role as spokesperson for ARI, Dooley was frequently quoted in trade journals and the consumer media. He authored a number of articles on the HVACR industry and published annual reports on the phaseout of chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) refrigerant chillers used for comfort cooling in buildings.
