He received the Imperial Award from RSES for Commercial Refrigeration in 1997, and is a CMS member of RSES. Chris has achieved the CMHE (Certified Master HVACR Educator) status from HVAC Excellence. In 2014 he was selected as the Teacher of the Year by the ACHR News. Chris serves as an educational consultant and advisor to HVACR and Building Performance online learning efforts around the Globe.

Larry Brewer, CMHE

Larry has been in the HVACR industry since 1967, working many years as a service and installation tech, then moving into wholesale distribution as a counterman and manager. In 2003 he helped charter the San Gabriel Chapter of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society (RSES), in Georgetown, Texas. In 2005 Larry received the International RSES “Rising Star Award”, and in 2006 the International RSES “V.V. Solomon Award” for Educator of the Year. Within RSES he has served as Chapter President, Chapter Educational Director, Deputy Director for Region 10 and President of the Southwestern Regional Association.
