The General Services Administration (GSA) has completed the restoration of the Hipolito Garcia Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in San Antonio. The renovated building is expected to achieve a 38.8 percent reduction in energy usage, which will result in energy cost savings of approximately $87,515 per year.
Automated Logic Corp. (ALC) is providing critical building monitoring and control for the new High-Performance Computing Research Center (HPCRC) at Princeton University. The facility is one of only nine high-performance data centers in the world to achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification.

CALMAC has announced the installation of its IceBank® thermal energy storage tanks at the California State Lottery Headquarters in Sacramento, Calif. The old, inefficient building was replaced by a new building, which now consists of retail, exhibition, and office space plus a net-zero multi-purpose pavilion.
