Its PACE program finances home energy efficiency improvements

Renovate America, a provider of residential Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing, has hired Missouri-based executives Joe Suggs and John Maslowski to lead the expansion of the company’s HERO PACE Program into the state, working with the Missouri Clean Energy District.
Projects spur nearly $800 million in private investment and will save customers $341 million in energy costs annually

New York Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo announced that in the past four years, 112,000 residential and commercial energy efficiency projects have been completed or are currently under development through New York state clean energy programs.
New Better Buildings Accelerators focus on home energy improvement

To further advance energy efficiency in buildings, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announced it is launching two new Better Buildings Accelerators to help American families improve the efficiency of their homes.
The HERO (home energy renovation opportunity) financing program allows homeowners in Western Riverside County to finance home energy and water efficiency improvements through their property taxes. It was announced that $50 million in home energy retrofits have been financed since the program was launched.
