Air-Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) filed a motion with the U.S. Court of Appeals to request a stay or delay from the May 1 effective date for the Regional Efficiency Standards in the Northern Region.
Winners of the 2013 AHR Expo Innovation Awards have been announced. Representing a broad cross-section of the HVACR market, the winning entries were selected in 10 categories and represent the most innovative new products among the thousands that will be displayed at the expo.
Former Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI), now Air-Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration Institute (AHRI), President Gurdon R. “Monk” Munger passed away. He was the third president of ARI, serving from 1974-1981.
John McAndrews, senior engineer, Aspen Manufacturing, passed away. McAndrews worked with Air-Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) as a company representative for seven years.
