Schneider Electric has announced the new Eco IQ™ self-learning feature of its Wiser Air™ Wi-Fi smart thermostat. The company said, instead of requiring users to enter desired temperature set points, its users now only need to provide feedback when they’re not comfortable.

Emerson announced its Sensi™ Wi-Fi Programmable Thermostat is now eligible for demand response programs managed by EnergyHub. EnergyHub, a leading provider of connected device management for utilities, will include the Sensi thermostat in its utility demand response programs.
This residential thermostat is engineered and designed to integrate with any conventionally wired HVAC system. Near field communication, a set of short-range wireless technologies, and a dedicated distributor app allow the contractor to preconfigure settings before arriving at a residence.
ecobee Inc. announced that its ecobee3 smart Wi-Fi thermostat with room sensors is the first thermostat to be directly compatible with the Amazon Echo system, offering homeowners added convenience and comfort through Amazon’s cloud-based voice service, Alexa.
