Perdue Farms announced that it has received Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Platinum green building certification — the highest possible ranking — from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for the renovation of its corporate office building.
The objective was to construct a sustainable office building that would reduce operating costs and create a wonderful working environment to attract premier tenants willing to pay premium prices in the heart of Miami’s financial district.
The new George W. Bush Presidential Center has been awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, its highest level of certification. It is the first presidential library to earn LEED Platinum certification for new construction.
