The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) Energy Modeling Conference, scheduled for Oct. 1-3, 2012, in Atlanta, aims to advance attendees’ abilities to accurately model and simulate a building’s energy use through some 40 presentations, keynote speeches, and networking.

ASHRAE awarded over $86,000 in scholarship money for the 2012-2013 school year. “Engineers build our future, so we want to help build up future engineers,” said William Murphy, Ph.D., P.E., chair of the Scholarship Trustees.
