Ameresco Inc. announced that through a partnership with the Strategic Initiatives Division of General Services and with funding provided by Denver’s Environmental Health Department, the city and county of Denver has entered into a nearly $2 million energy savings performance contract with the company.
Waste Water Treatment Plant project centered on improving air controls and HVAC efficiency

The city of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Waste Water Treatment Plant has completed the first phase of an energy efficiency program with OpTerra Energy Services. The program is aligned with the city’s sustainability goals and is expected to save $2.2 million in energy costs over the next 15 years.

Schneider Electric announced it is partnering with Lawrence County Schools in Moulton, Alabama, to execute an energy savings performance contract (ESPC) that will fund critical infrastructure renovations the district could not otherwise afford. The contract guarantees $430,000 in savings per year for the next 20 years.
