This event is for Geothermal system designers, installers and sales staff of residential and light commercial installations. Webinar attendees will gain knowledge of Geothermal “Water to Water” units in Hydronic applications. This webinar will focus on basic system layout, unit selection, heating options, cooling layout and energy savings versus other possible choices. The examples reviewed will include several different residential system designs and a light commercial system with “Dual Energy Production”. Attendees should be more confident in working with customers for Hydronic Geothermal heating and cooling applications after this webinar. Everyone will be provided a free software program to assist in system design. A review of the many benefits of a Geothermal Hydronic heating and cooling systems will conclude this event.
Learning objectives:
- Attendees will recognize different types of Hydronic system layouts by seeing basic overall piping design. And learn benefits of preferred choices as to how they can impact overall customer comfort level. This is a key driving force in helping end users make selection of their own comfort system.
- Participants will observe a software program to assist the designer in equipment selection as we review a residential design. And how to calculate potential energy savings of a Geothermal Hydronic system versus standard options.
- Attendees will become knowledgeable in advantages that Hydronic systems provide for their clients and be capable of showing possible energy savings to customers.
