Editor’s Note: The following remarks were made on The NEWS’ group, The NEWS Network, on LinkedIn, about fear of changing due to fear of failure.

Take a Risk

The unknown is most always viewed as “fear.” Fear is the opposite of faith.

Do your homework, step out, take a risk. If you are not a risk taker, you are probably in the wrong vocation.

Something Old, Something New

I’m more of a test-the-water type. I start my campaigns slowly, and if we find success, we add to it. I’m always looking for something new but always have some tried-and-true things to fall back on. Once I find the silver bullet, I’ll rest.

As for never changing, it can’t be done.
