WAUKEGAN, IL — Yaskawa Electric America has expanded its training programs with a training class for the new E7 drive for HVAC applications. A general E7 overview training class will be available in August, with Basic Level Parameter Setup and Level 1 “hands-on” classes available shortly thereafter.

The E7 general overview training class will be held in the new “Virtual Training Room,” providing live on-line training from the company’s website.

Yaskawa’s Virtual Training Room is a web-based program that allows product users, distributors, and other industry professionals to attend class anywhere they can connect to the Internet and a telephone.

This online class provides training on the Yaskawa E7 drive and its features and functions, carried out live via Internet connection. According to Yaskawa, the interactive Virtual Training Room is designed to give students the ability to communicate directly with the instructor and other students by teleconference or through Yaskawa’s instant messaging systems.

An up-to-date schedule for E7 classes can be found at www.yaskawa.com (website).
