CHICAGO — Ridgid held a press conference on Tuesday morning to promote its new visual inspection tools for contractors. According to Joe Cicco, associate marketing manager, Ridgid’s focus is on enabling the contractor or technician to create confidence and build trust with a homeowner.

Cicco explained that the importance of visual inspection is that it allows the contractor to record the problem, and then show it to the homeowner on a TV or laptop.

Ridgid introduced the micro CA-300, the nanoReel, and the ca-100 at AHR Expo, and noted that all these products fit under the company’s tagline of “See it. Find it. Solve it.”
