Tri-City Mechanical Named One of the ‘Best Places to Work'

PHOENIX - The Phoenix Business Journal and BestCompaniesAZ (BCAZ), the cofounder of the “Best Places to Work” list, announced that Tri-City Mechanical has been named to the 2007 list in the large-sized category (over 250 employees) for the second year in a row.

Founded in 2003, the “Best Places to Work” program ranks companies through a third-party administered employee survey. The areas surveyed include various parts of employee life, including work place environment, leadership direction, culture, and management practices.

Tri-City Mechanical was acknowledged for creating an enjoyable corporate culture and work environment that foster personal and professional growth for its employees. “We are excited to ranked in the top 30 on the “Best Places to Work” in the Valley list this year. Making the list two years in a row is truly an honor that undoubtedly provides all of our employees with a sense of pride. Our vision includes quality people maintaining our customers’ trust and this honor definitely speaks for the quality of our people,” said Joe Nichter, president of Tri-City Mechanical.

Winners were announced at the “Best Places to Work” award luncheon at the Arizona Biltmore.
