Trane Call Center Opens

TYLER, Texas - The new Trane Dealer Connection is exclusive software supported by a new Trane Request Assistance Center (TRAC) call center.

Consumer inquiries generated through advertising and Trane’s Website will now be forwarded directly to Trane Comfort Specialists via the Website or the call center. TRAC takes inbound calls from consumers who have an urgent service need or who prefer to call for an appointment, rather than search for a dealer on the company’s Website. TRAC customer service professionals are trained to evaluate each caller’s purchase or repair needs. The center is open for calls seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST.

Trane Dealer Connection software also gives Trane Comfort Specialists a contact management tool for their own sales leads. It provides at-a-glance status and conversion rates through the Website.

“Trane Dealer Connection makes it easy for dealers to measure the effectiveness of their marketing and to help guide resource allocation to the best sources for generating consumer inquiries” said Lauri Crawford, brand director, Trane. “It is an exciting development for our Trane Comfort Specialists, another tangible benefit that comes from being the best of the best.”
