The number of North American and European homes with a smart thermostat grew by 81 percent to 5.8 million in 2015, according to a new research report from Berg Insight. The North American market recorded a 78 percent growth in the installed base of smart thermostats to 4.5 million.
This radiant thermostat can operate a hydronic radiant heating system based on the air sensor measuring operative temperature, a floor sensor (purchased separately), or a combination of both to provide the optimal level of comfort and control.

(TRC) announced that its fifth annual Big Man On Planet (BMOP) competition begins May 1, in partnership with Heating, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI). BMOP will run through Oct. 31 and all HARDI wholesaler members are eligible to participate.
