Who says young people do not want to be a part of the HVACR industry? Amidst the 5,600 vocationally-inclined individuals competing in 94 contests at the annual SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference, there were 58 in the HVACR event. Built to provide comfort and efficiency while enduring the harsh elements of a seacoast environment are the Evolution® Series two-stage air conditioner and heat pump with CoastGuard™ protection. The units feature Bryant TuffCoat™ coils that last longer than standard coils in coastal conditions.
A line of high-efficiency two-stage Heil® QuietComfort® DXT+ air conditioners and heat pumps features communicating capabilities when installed with the Observer™ communicating wall control. The units offer efficiencies up to 19 SEER and 14.2 EER when paired with select indoor equipment.
The Luxaire® line of LX and Climasure™ Series of 14.5 SEER mid-efficiency air conditioners and heat pumps have been expanded with 1.5-ton condensing units. The design of the new 1.5-ton models reduces installation and maintenance costs with easy power and control wiring connections.
