SAN JOSE, Calif. - LonMark International has announced that the LONCOM 2010 conference, produced in conjunction with LonMark Germany and TEMA, will take place Nov. 8, 2010, at Congress Center Messe Frankfurt/M. in Frankfurt, Germany. The conference is an annual gathering of developers and integrators from the international LonMark community.

According to LonMark International, the conference will provide an interactive forum for developers, engineers, system integrators, installers, and users to learn about the latest technological developments, new products, industry trends, business opportunities, and integration solutions involving LonWorks® technology. The conference program will consist of two tracks:

1. Trends, tools and techniques for system integrators.

2. Technical trends, new developments and perspectives.

A panel of industry experts will share their perspectives on industry standards involving the smart grid, building automation, and energy efficiency and how companies can leverage them to grow their businesses. LonMark International will also announce the winners of the “Best of the Year” awards program where companies and individuals are recognized for their products, services, and contributions to the LonMark community.

In addition, on Nov. 9, LonMark International will host several task group meetings and provide testing for LonMark Certified Professionals.
