Reliant energy unit providing energy services

HOUSTON, TX — Reliant Energy Thermal Systems, an unregulated affiliate of Reliant Energy’s Retail Group, is providing a package of energy management services to the Astrodomain Complex for SMG/LMI, contractor to the Harris County Management Corp.

SMG/LMI contracted with Reliant Energy Thermal Systems for an initial three-year period to provide operation and maintenance of the heating and cooling plants; maintenance of the plumbing, electrical, and lighting systems; and utility management and new plant consulting services.
