• Continental Fan Manufacturing Inc. (Buffalo, N.Y.) appointed Jim Paron as its vice president of sales.

• Bacharach Inc. (New Kensington, Pa.) hired Tim Bass as its director of marketing. He will also oversee the customer service and repair departments.
