The T180 programmable line voltage thermostat is Title 24 and Energy Star compliant. Various configurations can supply staged fan, cycled fan, continuous fan, controlled off, as well as fan coil operation. According to the manufacturer, the thermostat provides full seven-day, four-event programmability, making it ideal for condominiums, residential care facilities, or any fan coil application where programmability is mandated by such codes. Additional energy-saving features include range limit adjustment, occupancy, and setback control. The unit offers two-pipe/four-pipe configuration, keypad lockout - partial or full, local or remote sensing, and auto summer-winter changeover option. It has an LCD with backlight, and displays temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
