Organizations for the Week: 11/24/2008

• The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) signed a memorandum of understanding that will promote the mutual interests of professionals engaged in the design, construction, and operation of buildings.

• The Green Mechanical Council (GreenMECH) appointed Ronald Rice (right), immediate past president of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO), to the GreenMECH board of directors.

• The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Educational Institute released a revised version of “Manual D” for public comment until Dec. 8, 2008.
