One Hour Franchises Sold Out In Las Vegas

July 25, 2003
SARASOTA, Fla. — Alan Mintz, president of One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating, announced that its Las Vegas market for franchised HVAC units was completely sold out within two weeks of the company’s launch.

One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating is a business of VenVest Incorporated. The goal of the venture is to offer contractors the opportunity to bring a nationally branded HVAC company to their local market while partnering with industry experts Jim Abrams and John Young of VenVest.

According to VenVest, all franchise owners will share the same software, systems, processes, and procedures. “We’re truly excited to partner with these contractors who see the tremendous value and benefits to their bottom line of being a national HVAC brand,” said Mintz. “With our renowned expertise and track record of success, the franchising opportunity has contractors excited, which leads us to believe we will sell out our other markets quickly.”

The franchise opportunities are currently being offered to AirTime 500 contractors through Aug. 15. After this date, franchise opportunities will be opened for any HVAC contractors willing to participate. For more information on One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating, call 800-746-0458.
