New Commercial Split System

DALLAS - Lennox Industries introduced its HS/HPX 12, a 3- to 5-ton commercial split-system line. These A/C and heat pump units offer the following features:

Efficiency levels up to 13.5 SEER and 8.30 HSPF.

High- and low-pressure switches.

Refrigerant system contamination prevention, due to a high-capacity liquid line drier.

Accessible brass service valves, and centralized refrigerant line connections and field wiring inlets.

A variety of units is available in 208-230/3/60, 460/3/60, and 575/3/60 options.

According to Mike Walker, product manager of Lennox Industries, the new line "offers our customers a split system designed for commercial applications that require great performance and sensitivity to the environment."
