National Compressor’s remanufactured compressors are produced using the state-of-the-art auto-comparison test system (ACT). Compressors are tested hands-free under ACT, which monitors test voltages 200, 208, 220, 230, 440, 480, and 575. The system goes through a detailed process of monitoring and recording amps, vibrations, oil pressures, cfm delivery, fully loaded by stages of unloading to leak back (valve efficiency) test.  Even the oil charge goes through the computer to ensure the correct charge.
