North American Technician Excellence (NATE) and HVACReducation.net are taking steps to drive leads to contractors with better-trained and certified technicians. The NEWS will moderate the discussion featuring an award-winning contractor, and representatives from NATE and HVACReducation.net. Event moderator, Mike Murphy, editor-in-chief of The NEWS; Rich Morgan, president/CEO of Magic Touch Mechanical, Mesa, Ariz.; Rex Boynton, NATE president; Pat Lampel, NATE chief marketing officer; and Chris Compton, HVACReducation.net CEO will be on hand to help the audience learn how to take steps to boost the bottom line.
