Watts Industries, Inc. (North Andover, MA) has acquired the assets of Chiles Power Supply, dba
Heatway, (Springfield, MO). The new wholly owned subsidiary, Watts Heatway, will focus on hydronic and electric radiant floor heating and snow melting systems. Mike Chiles has been named vice president and general manager of the subsidiary.
