  • The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (Manito-woc, WI) has promoted Dick Lemen to vice president and general manager of Harford Duracool LLC (Aberdeen, MD).
  • Hearth Technologies Inc. (Mt. Pleasant, IA) has earned ISO 9001 registration from Underwriters Laboratories Inc.
  • Jerry Schultz, retiring president of Johnstone Supply (Portland, OR), has been awarded the President’s Award for Industry Excellence by White-Rodgers (St. Louis, MO).

  • Wirsbo Company (Apple Valley, MN), manufacturer of radiant floor heating systems, has officially changed its name to Uponor Wirsbo. Uponor, based in Finland, is Wirsbo’s parent company and the second largest pipe supplier in the world, the company said.
