• Carrier Corp. (Farmington, Conn.) sold its Heat Transfer Products Group (Brea, Calif.) to Monomoy Capital Partners (New York) and Starboard Capital Partners (Southport, Conn.).

• Henry Technologies Holdings LLC (Beloit, Wis.) and Heldon Products Australia Pty. Ltd. (Melbourne, Australia) formed a joint venture to expand their manufacturing and supply base and to increase sales in China.
