• ecobee (Toronto) reached an agreement with Brady & Associates (Chatsworth, Calif.) to sell its product in the Western United States. It also opened a new sales office in Boca Raton, Fla.

• Universal Electronics Inc. (Whitewater, Wis.) increased its RoHS compliant printed circuit board and inspection capabilities with the addition of new capital equipment for its Whitewater and Mukwonago, Wis., manufacturing facilities.

• Johnson Controls Inc. (Milwaukee) and the U.S. Energy Association (USEA) are sponsoring the 20th annual Energy Efficiency Forum on June 16 at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

• Taco Inc. (Cranston, R.I.) received the Safety & Health Achievement Program (SHARP) certification award from the U.S. Department of Labor, for exemplary safety and health programs.
