• Gamewell-FCI, part of Honeywell’s Life Safety Group (Northford, Conn.), appointed Alex Nino as Latin America regional manager, Alex Salter as Western territory regional manager, and Robert Veenstra as Mid-Atlantic regional manager.

• ECR Technologies Inc. (Lakeland, Fla.) promoted Joe Parsons Jr. to the position of vice president.

• Harsco GasServ Group (Camp Hill, Pa.) was acquired by Wind Point Partners (Chicago) and will now operate as Taylor-Wharton International (Mechanicsburg, Pa.). Robert Gadomski was chosen as CEO.
