Johnson Controls: Single Packaged Unit

The Johnson Controls Series 10 single packaged unit is part of a range of mechanical systems and integrated controls for commercial buildings called Commercial Comfort Systems. The Series 10 has a 6-1/2 - 12-1/2 ton cooling/90-190 MBH heating range capacity. In addition to its high efficiency ratings (up to 11.5 EER), the light-commercial units are said to be easy to install. A single cabinet size and common footprint make it easy to mount units on a curb, slab, or structural steel.
