Jan. 30, 2004: Service Roundtable Members Receive Free Training DVDs

January 30, 2004
DALLAS - Service Roundtable has announced that Charlie Greer of HVAC Profit Boosters is currently offering a free DVD of his Tec Daddy training program to the contractor group's members.

"This is a fantastic training tool," said Service Roundtable CEO Matt Michel. "Charlie hit a home run. Each segment is entertaining, but contains a serious message that techs need and owners will appreciate."

"Tec Daddy's Service Technician Survival School On DVD" is designed to be used in weekly sales meetings. Each DVD is broken down into four 15-20 minute segments, each of which is shown once each week.

"What I'm trying to accomplish with the Tec Daddy series," said Greer, "is help technicians become better professionals, become more successful on the job, and become more successful in life. It's not about turning a wrench. The technician's job is much more than making repairs. They've also got to deal effectively with people."

Greer is offering free copies of Volume 1 of his DVD to Service Roundtable members.
