Hussmann International, Inc.

Hussmann International, Inc. (St. Louis, MO) declared a quarterly dividend of two cents per share on the company’s common stock, payable June 30, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15.

Modine Manufacturing Co.

The board of directors of Modine Manufacturing Co. (Racine, WI) approved an 8.7% increase in the annual dividend rate to $1 per share on its outstanding common stock. The next payment date for dividends is June 8 to all shareholders of record as of May 30.

Multiaqua, Inc.

Multiaqua, Inc. (Pembroke Pines, FL) has signed an agreement to market its line of small chilled water systems and matching mini-split-style fancoil units through several companies: CSI (Pittsburgh, PA), a distributor-manufacturer’s representative covering western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and West Virginia; H.C. Nye Co., Inc. (Harrisburg, PA) a manufacturer’s representative covering eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware; The Wallwork Group, an hvac wholesale-distributor covering the New York City metropolitan area, Long Island, eastern New York state, and northern New Jersey; WESCOR (Portland, OR and Seattle, WA), a manufacturer’s representative covering the Northwest; and Watsco, Inc. (Coconut Grove, FL).

Diehl Graphsoft Inc.

Diehl Graphsoft Inc. (Columbia, MD), vendors of information and com-munications technology for the design, construction, and management of buildings and real estate, became a wholly owned subsidiary of Munich, Germany-based software developer Nemetschek AG. Diehl will no longer be listed on the NASDAQ.
