The product’s Crystal Reports® provides detailed customer servicing and account information, while enhanced role-based security capabilities allow direct access to information once available only through operations, says the company. The Enterprise software line includes FX Mobile® for field technicians, FX Service Center® for dispatch and office personnel, FX Interchange™ for back-office integration, and FX Foundation® for database, security, and infrastructure.
