EMCOR Group enters joint venture

NORWALK, CT — EMCOR Group, Inc., announced that it has established a new venture with CB Richard Ellis, Los Angeles, CA, to provide technical and building operations services to CB Richard Ellis clients throughout the United States.

The alliance will provide operation, maintenance, and supervision of building systems including hvac, energy management, plumbing, lighting, and electrical controls. The venture will supply these services to 2,460 buildings in more than 30 states across the country.
