Dwyer Instruments Inc.: Thermo-Anemometer
February 7, 2003
The Series MVT mini-vane thermo-anemometer is able to sense air velocity, airflow, and temperature. Using a metal telescoping antenna sensor, the unit is able to detect airflows up to 2,358 feet per minute and temperature up to 176 degrees F (80 degrees C). The MVT has an accuracy of ± 2 percent for air velocity and ± 1.5 degrees F (0.8 degrees C) for temperature. Airflow can be measured in cmm or cfm. Features include a four-digit LCD, data hold, record/recall maximum and minimum, averaging up to 20 measurements, and automatic shutoff. For an additional charge, the thermo-anemometer is available with NIST certification.
