  • NuTemp/Longville (Chicago) has added more spot cooling units, including MovinCool spot coolers, in order to accommodate more contractors throughout the remainder of the summer.

  • Minnesota Air (Bloomington, Minn.) has appointed Tom Johnson as its general store manager.

  • Hughes Supply Inc. (Orlando, Fla.) recently spotlighted its products and services during an event to celebrate its 75th anniversary. Over 3,000 people attended the event.

  • Shook Manufactured Products (Duncan, British Columbia) will be the exclusive distributor of air conditioning and refrigeration diagnostic tools from Digi-Cool Industries in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

  • Lindab Inc. (Stamford, Conn.) recognized its top performing distributors with Silver Elbow Awards. They are: Air Control Products Inc. (Toledo, Ohio), Fontanesi & Kann Co. (Detroit), Hobbs & Associates Inc. (Richmond, Va.), Langendorf Supply Co. Inc. (St. Louis), Lanico Inc. (Mobile, Ala.), and Waldron of Maryland Inc. (Baltimore).

  • Aireco Supply Inc. (Savage, Md.) was recognized by Sanuvox (Montreal) for its efforts in educating and promoting the benefits of ultraviolet air purification.
